Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing any program or package. By scheduling a session at Silver Spoon Ranch, you agree to the terms below.

No Cancellations. No Reschedules. No Refunds.

Silver Spoon Ranch maintains a strict no-cancellation, no-reschedule, and no-refund policy across all programs. Lessons are scheduled at the time of purchase. If you miss a session for any reason, that session is forfeited without exception. Please have your calendar ready before purchasing.

General Policy

All sessions at Silver Spoon Ranch are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a session is scheduled and purchased, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or applied toward a future date, regardless of the reason for the absence.

This policy applies to all programs — including Buckaroos, Beginner and Intermediate riding, Advanced riding, Camp Pony, and Pony Camp.

We understand that life happens. However, our horses, instructors, and facility are reserved exclusively for your rider at the time of booking. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our team and the other riders we serve.

Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled at the time of purchase. Please have your calendar available before completing your purchase or submitting an application. We do not hold spots without payment.

  • Buckaroos: Scheduled at time of purchase. Single rides and 4-ride packages both require upfront scheduling.

  • Beginner + Intermediate: Riders commit to 4 sessions per month. All sessions are scheduled in advance for the month.

  • Advanced: Sessions are offered 2 times per month and scheduled directly with the trainer at the time of purchase.

  • Camp Pony + Pony Camp: Camp dates are set at the time of enrollment. No makeup sessions are offered.

Package Expiration

All packages purchased for the 2026 season must be used within the 2026 season. Unused rides and sessions do not carry over into 2027 and will not be refunded or credited.

This applies to all multi-session packages including the 4-ride Buckaroo package, the Beginner and Intermediate monthly packages, and Advanced lesson packages.

Weather and Ranch Conditions

In the rare event that Silver Spoon Ranch must cancel a session due to severe weather or unsafe ranch conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule at no additional cost. This is the only circumstance under which a reschedule may be offered.

Rider-initiated cancellations for weather-related reasons are still subject to the standard no-cancellation policy. If you are unsure whether a session will proceed, please contact us directly at reservations@silverspoonranch.com before assuming a cancellation.

Acknowledgment

By submitting an application or purchasing any program at Silver Spoon Ranch, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy in full. This acknowledgment is also required as part of the riding program application form.
